Referrals

A referral from your family or specialist veterinarian is required for us to help your pet or patient. Our forms are offered online. If you are unable to navigate our forms, please contact ovc.petweight@uoguelph.ca

Pets do not need to be existing patients of the Ontario Veterinarian College, we will accept referrals from all veterinarians within Ontario.
